Arrival Instructions
By SkyTrain: Exit at Joyce-Collingwood Station. We are located in the professional building directly across the street (on the east side of Joyce St).
Entry: Use the main doors and take the elevator to the 3rd floor, and our receptionist will help you.
Parking: 2 hours free street parking is surrounding side streets. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to secure a spot.
How do I get started?Booking is easy! Head over to our Appointment page to select your service and find a time that works for you. Please note that a deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied toward your final service total!
Cancellation & No-Show PolicyReschedule/Cancellations:
We require at least 12 hours' notice to reschedule/ cancel your appointment.
Late/No-Show:
If you late for 15 mins or no show notice or do not show up for your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited and is non-refundable.
